With the announcement that this year's Diva Search Contest will be held on SmackDown as well as RAW for the first time ever, it was only fitting that Ashley (the 2005 Diva Search winner) showed up as a new SmackDown Diva on the June 2 edition of Friday Night SmackDown. Ashley provided some guest commentary for a match between fellow Divas Kristal and Jillian. After the match, Michelle McCool came to the ring and informed everyone that Ashley wasn't the only new Diva on SmackDown. Ashley didn't seem to take too kindly to McCool's brash style, but only time will tell what happens between the new SmackDown Divas.
The duo picked up a tag team victory over Victoria and Torrie at Unforgiven in 2005, but the rivalry would not die. Ashley was able to eliminate one of her big rivals, Victoria, at New Year's Revolution to become the winner of the first-ever Bra & Panties Gauntlet Match.
With excitement and determination that is only matched by her good looks, there's no telling how quickly Ashley will be able to climb the ranks of the Women's Division and become a Champion.
