The issue between Edge, Rob Van Dam and John Cena will come to a head at Saturday Night's Main Event on July 15. The three men will meet in a Triple Threat Match for Van Dam's WWE Championship, which the Rated-R Superstar actually helped Van Dam acquire.
Edge & Foley continued the streak at ECW One Night Stand, defeating Funk & Dreamer in a brutal, bloody battle. Lita and Beulah even got involved to make it a six-person match. In the end, the Rated-R Superstar viciously speared Beulah to pick up the victory while Funk & Dreamer were out of commission. Oddly, Edge struck a blow for ECW later that night, spearing John Cena through a table in a move that ended up helping Rob Van Dam win the WWE Championship.
